Jonathan Paterson

Jonathan has worked on both the Buyside and Sellside, at firms such as RBS, HSBC and J.P. Morgan. On the Sellside, he was involved with U.S. Investors for over 15 years in various capacities, including running several successful Corporate Access desks. During this time, Jonathan developed a virtually encyclopedic knowledge of the US, Canadian and European investor base while advising corporate management teams on IR best practices. Graham Farrell

Graham brings 15 years of North American capital markets experience to Harbor Access. During this time he was responsible for capital raising, corporate management roadshows, senior account management, and investor access. Most recently Graham was VP of IR/Communications for a Canadian-based international company, where he developed a European network of investors. Lisa Micali

With a background in branding, communications and marketing, Lisa has broad experience in planning and crafting strategic communication programs. Over the last decade, she has created and deployed successful investor marketing campaigns and communications strategies for public and private companies in the tech, biotech, gaming, cannabis, and mining sectorsMost recently, she was SVP, Marketing Communications at a mid-market M&A advisory where she led global marketing activities for both Sellside and Buyside clients. Prior to this, she held multiple senior marketing roles in media and technology in the US, France and the UK. A former journalist, her work has apperared in numerous publications. Rob is a recent graduate of Fordham University in New York with a degree in Political Science. Tommy Zima

A recent graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Public Relations, Tommy has a solid foundation in communication strategies and public relations principles. He is familiar with key industry practices and has a strong research-based background that enables him to craft tailored strategies that resonate with key financial stakeholders.
